Many customers think that neon signs are particularly heavy. However, this is a misconception. Our signs weigh only a few kilos and are therefore particularly handy and easy to install.

It is possible to connect it to a light switch. For safety reasons, this work may only be carried out by certified specialists.

Please note that this will void the warranty for your neon sign.

Our signs require 9 watts/h per meter of LED technology.

As standard we deliver with a 2 meter long connection cable.

In principle, our signs are just as easy to install as a picture.

We include installation instructions in the form of a video with every order. You can also watch these in advance here on our website.

Our LED neon signs run on 12V. A corresponding power supply for the household socket is included with each neon sign. Also available in the respective country version upon request.

Please make sure to unplug the power cord before cleaning the shield.

You can then carefully clean the sign with a microfiber cloth.

Do not use cleaning agents or wet cloths. This could cause a short circuit and damage your neon sign.

Just follow these instructions:

1. Find a stable wall for mounting

2. Make sure your neon sign is not installed on an overloaded outlet or power strip.

3. Mount the sign carefully and protect it against falls.

If you follow these points, we promise you will have many years of fun with your neon sign!

By default, our signs are designed for indoor use. If you would like a sign for outdoor use (IP67), you can plan this in our configurator or simply send us your request with the appropriate note.
