1. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

• Delivery time - 10-14 working days* (production+delivery)
• 100% insured shipping

As soon as your product has been shipped, you will receive your personal tracking number from us.

*During peak season, such as holidays, Christmas or Black Friday, there may be delays. NEON NOVA® cannot therefore guarantee delivery dates.

2. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We We generally offer our customers free premium shipping. For larger signs, your sign may be split into several parts. This way, we are able to offer our customers the best prices and free shipping. Don't worry, you can easily put your NEON NOVA® Sign together during assembly and turn it into your personal highlight.

3. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After your shipment has been sent, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You can easily track your shipment at: https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html .

4. MY TRACK NUMBER DOESN'T WORK

It may take up to 24 hours for your package's location to be updated, so please be patient. If your tracking number does not show any information or stays in one location for more than 3 days, please contact us at info@neon-nova.de

5. TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

All prices include VAT.

National broadcasts:

There are no additional costs for national orders.

International shipments:

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. As this varies from country to country, we ask that you be aware of these potential costs before placing your order with us.
