You have 3 options to order your neon sign from us.

1. You design your dream neon sign in our configurator

2. You simply buy a sign from our collection directly in the shop

3. You send us an inquiry and we will create your dream neon sign together with you.

In addition to the classic credit card and instant bank transfer, we of course also offer PayPal , Klarna and many others.

You enjoy full buyer protection with us!

Speed ​​is key here.

For our personalized items, changes are only possible up to 2 hours after the order has been placed; cancellation is no longer possible. Please send us an email to kundenservice@neon-nova.de

If you would like to make changes to a standard product, we can accommodate this up to 12 hours after purchase. Send us an email to kundenservice@neon-nova.de

We do our best to provide you with all information transparently. This means that after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation and after shipment, a shipment tracking number from us. Here you can easily track your package.

Return & Warranty

You can return our standard products within the cancellation period.

Only our personalized items, created especially for you, cannot be returned.

We love our products and are completely convinced of their quality.

That's why we give you a 2-year guarantee on our indoor neon signs!

Our outdoor neon signs come with a 1-year warranty.

To do this, simply follow these two steps:

1. Send us pictures and videos of the problem. We pay attention to every detail from every angle.

2. Send us an email to kundenservice@neon-nova.de and tell us your request. Our team will then discuss everything else with you and make your sign shine again!

Basically, it's like everything else in the world.

We are here for you if there is a manufacturing, electrical or lighting defect.

Our goal is a perfectly illuminated neon sign!

Unfortunately, our warranty also has its limits. If it is due to improper use, falls or encounters with a pet, this is not covered by our warranty.
